Westfield on Weekends is proud to continue to support local artists, crafters, vendors, and businesses within their biggest events of the year – Westfield's Big Day, PumpkinFest, and DecemberFest. These events provide great opportunities to network with local business, fellow crafters and artisans, and "shop small/support local". Each event has dedicated time and space for browsing and shopping. Come back to this page often to check out this year's selected vendors! Vendor Registration Form

Use this form to apply to be a vendor at PumpkinFest on October 15, 2022.

Pumpkinfest • October 15, 2022

  • Nonprofits: $0-$50
  • Shopping Vendors (10x10 space): $100
  • Premium Vendor Table: $200
    (includes 8 ft table, 2 chairs, business name/logo mentioned on A-frame advertising by shopping center entrance, and proximity to high traffic areas)
  • Food Vendors (with food license and insurance): $300
After submitting this form your application will be reviewed and you will receive an email with further instructions and how to pay your non-refundable booth fee.
