Use this form to apply to be a vendor at our annual PumpkinFest 2025 Marketplace.

PumpkinFest 2025 Marketplace

Saturday, October 18, 2025 - 11 aM-3 PM

  • Vendors - $75. Vendors will be limited to 50 spaces this year. First come, first served. Submit your application early!
  • Community Partners/Non-Profits - While we do not require a hard donation from non profits, we ask for a donation in value of at least $50.
  • Food Vendors - Larger Sponsors - Contact Hope Tremblay at hopetremblay72@gmail.com for available opportunities.
After submitting this form your application will be reviewed and you will receive an email with further instructions and how to pay your non-refundable booth fee.
Thank you for your interest in and support of the Westfield on Weekend’s Vendor Marketplace.  
Once selected, you will receive an email from us with a link for payment of your booth fee and final details for the event. Please contact WOW at (413) 579-5967 with any questions.
