WOW’S WRITER’S OUT LOUD TO HOST BEST-SELLING NOVELIST, JACQUELINE SHEEHAN!
Westfield on Weekends (WOW), in partnership with Straw Dog Writers Guild, welcomes novelist Jacqueline Sheehan as the next guest in the Writers Out Loud Guest Speaker Series. She will appear on Sunday, November 28 at 1:00 PM at The WOW Center, 105 Elm Street in Westfield’s Downtown Cultural District, for a reading, conversation, and book signing. The event is free and open to the public.
Sheehan will discuss her newest novel, The Camp Muralist, a dual‑timeline narrative connecting a muralist working at a German American youth camp in 1938 with a modern‑day chef whose search for identity uncovers long‑buried family history.
Sheehan, who lives in Northampton, Massachusetts, is the author of seven novels, including Lost & Found, The Tiger in the House, and The Center of the World. She teaches writing through Writers in Progress and leads international writing retreats.
The program will include reading, speaker talk, audience Q&A, and book signing. Signed copies of Sheehan’s books will be available for purchase.
