Zines with Anna!

Have an idea you want to share? A topic you’re really interested in? Want to write?

Join us on Wednesday, December 13 from 12-2PM at the Creative Arts Center. Click here to register!

Come learn about zines with Anna! Zines are self-published, non-commercial, small-circulation magazines that you can fill with your own stories, drawings, and more. Anyone can make zines – all you need is paper, a pencil, and a pair of scissors!

In this class, you’ll learn how to make a few different types of zines, and you will walk away with at least one zine under your belt. All basic materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your favorite pens/pencils/markers, stickers, old magazines for collaging, or whatever else you’d like. Don’t worry if you don’t have an idea for what you’d like your zine to be about – prompts will be provided.

NOTE: This workshop is partially funded through a grant from the Radical Librarianship Institute.
